1. Downloadable/Digital Products:

Non-refundable: All digital and downloadable products available on gracecarlisle.co.uk are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content. Once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or received, it cannot be returned.

Issues or Concerns: While we don’t offer refunds for digital products, we’re here to help. If you encounter any issues accessing or using our digital products, please reach out to our support team by emailing support@gracecarlisle.co.uk and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

2. Physical Products:

Refunds & Returns: Refund and return policies for physical products are governed by our partner website, Forever Living Products. If you purchased a physical product through my link from Forever Living Products and wish to request a refund, please email support@gracecarlisle.co.uk to discuss it with us.  If you return the item, in most cases you will be eligible for a 60 day money back guarantee, however please discuss it with us first.

Issues with Physical Products: If you encounter issues or defects with physical products received, contact us at support@gracecarlisle.co.uk so we can look into the matter on your behalf.

3. Exceptions:

In certain circumstances, exceptions may be made to this policy at the sole discretion of gracecarlisle.co.uk. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us detailing the reasons for your request. However, the submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
